How do I change my billing information?

You can use My Cloudmark to change your billing information.

How to change your billing information

  1. In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
  2. Select My Cloudmark Account > Change Billing Information.
    Show me:

    You may be asked to log in with your email address and password. The Change Billing Information window appears.

  3. Enter your new credit card and billing address.
  4. Click Save.
