How do I use my subscription on multiple computers?

Your Cloudmark subscription is valid on up to two computers, for Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or Mozilla Thunderbird. If you enable Cloudmark Desktop on a third computer, it will be disabled on the first computer on which it was installed.

How to enable Cloudmark Desktop on a second computer

1. On the new computer, download Cloudmark Desktop:

   http://cloudmark.com/desktop/download/

2. Double-click the downloaded installer and follow its on-screen instructions.
3. Start your email application.
4. In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
5. Select Sign In....
   Show me:

   The My Cloudmark login screen appears.

6. Enter your email address and password.
7. Click Sign In.

   If you are already running two or more instances of Cloudmark Desktop, you may be prompted to transfer your subscription to this one. If so, click Transfer Subscription.
