I clicked the Block button, but the message wasn't moved to my spam folder.

How to configure the Detection Action
- Open the Cloudmark menu.
- Select Options....
- In the Detection Action box, make sure that one of the following is selected:
- Move to folder "Spam"
- Move to Spam folder and delete permanently after 1 week
- Move to Spam folder and delete permanently after 1 month
- Click OK.
If the problem persists, submit a Request for Help.
