Cloudmark's technology identifies spam and phishing based on characteristics of messages that have been blocked by trusted users in the Cloudmark network. Legitimate email messages, such as newsletters or email from your contacts, can sometimes be mistakenly identified as spam if they have characteristics that resemble those of known spam or phishing messages.
There are two ways to address this problem:
Depending on the options you have configured, the message may be located in your spam folder or in your Deleted Items folder.
This tells Cloudmark that you do not consider this message to be spam or phishing. This helps to improve accuracy throughout the network. A dialog appears, asking you whether you want to always receive email from this sender.
Clicking Yes adds this sender to your Smartlist.
From now on, messages from your personal contacts will not be filtered.
